1. Water-based inks for special paper belong to pure water-based systems, so do not mix water-based inks with organic solvents or solvent-based inks.

2. Water-based inks for special papers are generally suitable to be stored in an environment where the room temperature should be around 5℃-50℃.

3. Fully stir the special paper water-based ink before use, and pour it into the ink tank after the viscosity is measured. The viscosity problem can be adjusted by adding water.

4. During the printing process, volatilization will cause the viscosity and PH value of the ink to decrease. Generally, it is best to control it between 8.5-9.5.

5. Water-based ink for special paper is suitable for high-speed printing. In low-speed printing, it is easy to encounter the condition of too fast drying speed or poor printing effect, and a certain proportion of slow drying agent can be added.

6. The unused ink is collected in the original barrel and sealed for storage to avoid skinning, thickening or even drying of the ink surface due to the evaporation of water.

7. Printing residual special paper water-based ink can be washed with water or special cleaning agent. The printability of water-based inks will be affected by objective conditions such as the storage environment, the surface characteristics of the substrate, printing conditions, environmental temperature and humidity, etc., and some additives need to be used to make fine adjustments to obtain the best printing results.
