Common fabric printing problems of printing machines
Sep 19, 2022
The following will share with you the common printing fabric problems of printing machines:
1. Lubai: A part of the warp or weft is turned over or moved to the front and back of the fabric, showing a pattern that resembles the traces left after being scratched. Most of the defects are caused by poor color paste penetration of the printing machine and improper handling after printing (uneven tension, etc.).
2. Color splash: The printing color paste of the printing machine is not poured smoothly on the fabric, but splashed or splashed on the fabric, resulting in color spots or splashes.
3. Blurred pattern: The edges of the pattern are not clean and the lines are not clear, most of which are often caused by improper singeing or improper color paste concentration.
4. Inaccurate flower alignment: Because the longitudinal arrangement of the printing machine drum or the printing machine screen is not aligned, the front and rear pattern alignment is not accurate. This defect is also called inaccurate color registration or pattern shift.
5. Stop printing: Because the printing machine suddenly stops during the printing process, and then starts again, the result is a color stripe on the fabric.
6. Frame marks (frame printing, take-off): The printed part shows abnormal streaks in the shape of the frame of the flower plate. Mostly due to poor conveyor belt, poor installation of pattern frame and other reasons.
7. Printing paste: The printing paste is stained due to friction before drying.
