Many people who just start their sublimation printing business often buy the transfer paper on the internet without a test, and finally they will find many problems such as color fading, the color turn to yellowish... The lucky thing for these people is that even they buy the wrong sublimation paper, the money they lost is little. But what if they are a large amount procurement? They will lost a lot of money.
There are 2 reasons why people must test the sample paper.
1. The market is filled with a wide variety of sublimation paper. For instance, based on their weight, we may separate them into heavy and light weight sublimation papers. Depending on their characteristics, we may also separate them into sticky paper and rapid dry sublimation paper. There are several types of transfer paper that are appropriate for various situations; the test is the only way to determine which type of paper is right for you.
2. The absence of consistent industry standards is the second cause. Manufacturers of sublimation transfer paper differ in their criteria. It doesn't always follow that their paper is appropriate for you if they tell you that it performs very well. You must understand that as the environment changes, the sublimation paper's performance will as well. Then, the sole criteria for determining truth is practice. Just do a test, and all will become clear.
